It is our desire here at Wise Drive Baptist to see our youth fall in LOVE with GOD and to KNOW the TRUTH in His word. From this will flow naturally the desire to SERVE OTHERS. We dont want our students to just “do church,” we want them to “be the church.” We do not teach our youth a man-centered or moral-centered gospel… We teach them the truth of Jesus Christ and let God work on their hearts!!! It’s exciting what God can do!!!
We want our students to BUILD a relationship with Christ, founded on the truth in scripture; and to build relationships with the people in the church body, young and old. This is accomplished through regular worship services held at the church.
We also want to see our students GROW in the truth. This is accomplished through youth group times, where questions and study of the truth in the scripture take place. We do not water down the message of truth for our youth. They are expected to listen to and learn what God tells us in His word, as He tells it to us in His word.
Lastly, we want our student to GO!! We want to come up with fresh ideas to give our students the oppurtunity to go into their community, state, nation, and world to share the truth of Jesus Christ!!! We can always use adults to help, so don’t hesitate to come with your students… youth times are below!!

Youth Group Times
Sunday Morning Bible Study – 9:45 – 10:50
On Sunday mornings we do studies geared around questions that youth have about life and the Bible. If there have been no recent questions, then we resume our study on the book of Revelation. Yes!!! Revelation!!! Crazy huh… come and learn!!!
Sunday Night Big Games Night – 6:00 – 7:30
Sunday night is FUN!!! We have several games that we play….Ultimate frisbee, capture the flag, Daniel’s Amazing Games, Impossible shot…. come and have a good time. We have also been getting someone to come in every other week to share their testimony!! This is a great time to get to know everyone and build some good relationships.
Wednesday Night Bible Study – 6:00 – 7:45
On Wednesday nights the youth group is studying through the book of James, verse by verse. The book of James is a challenging book to study through, but a valuable one. We teach that the book of James deals with the idea of putting our faith into practice. It is a very practical book that deals with what a Christian IS, what he/she DOES, SAYS, and FEELS. Through the leading of God’s Spirit, James has given us a book about faith and how it works itself out in our life. Come join us for a challenging study!!!!
